TJ understood my needs, and took me all over Palm Beach, as well as West Palm Beach, seeking the perfect home for my situation. When I identified a property I wanted to make a bid on, she did extensive research, searching town records for historical information and documenting the property’s history. When it came time to make an offer, and then negotiate the offer, she offered valuable guidance based on her intuitive insights. Once in contract, she again dug in to find out vital information, like “open permits” etc. that could come back to bite me post-closing. She also took the initiative and lined up inspectors and contractors who provided me with quotes and opinions, all for no charge. She even went as far as to research vital information on other properties that had been shown to me by other brokers — deals in which she has no financial interest! On top of all this excellent work, TJ was a joy to be with, possessing a great sense of humor and pleasant nature. Many realtors give an impression that they are just trying to “close the deal” in order to pocket their commission and move on, yet TJ at all times gave me the feeling that her ultimate goal was to ensure that I secure a property that would be the best fit for my personal situation at this time in my life.
